Welcome to T-Recs, the Leisure Services Online Recreational Programs and Facilities Booking System.

How do I register for a program online?

FIRST YOU REQUIRE A LOG IN AND PASSWORD. TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION, YOU MAY CALL Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  at 360-2600 EXT. 5861, 4361, or 4362 prior to registration. The e-mail option will only work if your e-mail is in our system.

1. Click on the Registration link below, which will bring you to the online registration site.

2. Click on the 'Online Registration' tab.

3. Enter your Login & Password.

4. Click on the "Add Program" button or "Activities" tab located beside the "Start" tab.

5. Find the program you want by choosing the Activities tab, Aquatics, then scrolling to the aquatic course and choosing the course (example: Browse for the title Salamander and click on the title to proceed to the program details), you will then see a list of barcodes under "course" choose the barcode that corresponds to the correct day and time that you wish to be enrolled.

6. Click on the "Add" button which will be available March 27, 2010 at 10:00 am.

7. Go to the 'Select a Member' drop-down list & select the person to be registered in the program.

8. You may then:

  • Register additional people for the same program by clicking on the 'Add Another Member to This Program' box and go back to step 9 above;
  • Search for another program by clicking on the 'Add a Program' box which will take you back to the 'Find a Program' tab and start at step 7 above;
  • Clear all selections by clicking on the 'Clear all Selections' box.
  • Complete the Registration by clicking on the 'Complete Registration' box and follow step 11 below;

9. Click on the 'Make a Payment' button and make your payment by selecting the appropriate credit card type, enter the credit card number and the expiration date. Click on the 'Complete Transaction' button. At this point you will be asked to agree or disagree with our registration agreement (all programs). If you do not agree with these provisions, you will not be able to complete the registration process.

10. Your receipt will then be displayed on screen. You can print a copy of your receipt by clicking on the 'Print' button at the bottom of the screen.

To logout of the system, click on the 'Logout' button at the top of the screen. Always remember to logout after completing your online registration session.

Online registrations will commence on March 27, 2010 at 10:00 am.
A user fee of 7% is applied to the total purchased.
