The Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre provides heritage and cultural services to
the residents of Timmins. It exists to preserve, present and promote the history, arts and
culture of Timmins, Northeastern Ontario and Canada. Our services and programs include:
The Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre has provided heritage and cultural services to the community for over thirty years. The original site of the museum in South Porcupine was closed in December 2006; we are working on plans for a brand new arts and heritage facility for Timmins. During this planning stage, the museum will be located at the Underground Gold Mine Tour, 1 Shania Twain Drive, Timmins, Ontario. |
